Carbon Pursuit Catalyst Oil Reservoir Guard

When the Catalyst chassis debuted, one of the immediate requests we started receiving from riders is a guard for the oil reservoir. During backcountry riding or racing the Catalyst oil reservoir is prone to cracking in the event of the rider’s right knee pushing into the panel. This can happen during jumping, backcountry maneuvers, or simply normal snowmobile operation. Our full carbon guard is extremely light but very rigid. It requires no additional holes to be drilled into your tube chassis or modifications to the stock snowmobile. Simply drill out the 1 rivet that comes stock holding your oil reservoir, unscrew your oil cap, drop on our guard, and rivet it on using the supplied rivet. There is an oil sight relief on the front portion of the guard that allows you to see your oil level if desired when the cap is still on the reservoir.
