Official Rules

1. Sponsor. Freshies Built, LLC, 1036 Spruce Drive, PO Box 1577, Seeley Lake, Montana 59868 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state, province or territory) at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Entry period. The giveaway entry period runs from September 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time through December 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time ("Entry Period"). Orders placed on freshiesbuilt.com from September 8, 2026 onward are entered automatically.
4. How to enter. (a) Purchase entries: receive one (1) entry for every $10.00 USD spent (before tax and shipping) on orders placed at freshiesbuilt.com during the Entry Period; orders that are cancelled or refunded do not count. (b) Free entries: receive one (1) entry for following Sponsor on Instagram and TikTok, one (1) entry for subscribing to Sponsor's email newsletter, and one (1) entry by emailing your full name, mailing address and phone number to kyle@freshiesbuilt.com with the subject "Giveaway Entry". Limit one (1) email entry per person. Free entries have the same chance of winning as purchase entries.
5. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize: two (2) nights lodging at Sponsor's Seeley Lake, Montana property; a two (2) day guided snowmobile ride with Kyle Huestis; use of up to two (2) rental snowmobiles during the guided ride if needed; and $500 USD cash. Approximate retail value: $4,500 USD. The guided ride takes place January 16-17, 2027, with lodging the nights of January 15 and 16, 2027 (or other dates agreed with Sponsor if weather, snow or safety conditions require rescheduling). Travel to and from Seeley Lake, meals, fuel beyond the guided ride, gear and all other expenses not listed are the winner's responsibility. The prize is not transferable and no cash substitution is allowed except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a component is unavailable.
6. Winner selection. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on December 5, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted by email or phone and must respond within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected. A Canadian resident selected as winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. The winner may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release, and must sign Sponsor's rental and guided-ride waiver before riding.
7. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue a Form 1099 where required.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, likeness and city for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Snowmobiling is a hazardous activity; the winner participates at their own risk. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.
