Bikeman Performance Billet Blow Off Valve for Polaris Patriot Boost (Trail Sled Only)

Bikeman Performance billet blow-off valve (BOV) for Polaris Patriot Boost trail sleds only (Indy Boost, Switchback Boost, VR1 Boost). Does not fit RMK mountain models. CNC-machined billet aluminum housing releases excess boost to the atmosphere when the throttle is lifted, reducing pressure spikes, compressor surge, and turbo lag. Internal spring is tuned for 2-stroke snowmobile vacuum profiles to open quickly and seal under load. Includes an Outerwears pre-filter cover to keep snow, ice, and debris out. Installs without drilling when paired with the required Bikeman Billet Intake Manifold (SKU 14-204). Also requires an aftermarket silicone boost charge tube. Package includes the BOV assembly and Outerwears pre-filter screen. Heavy-duty build is designed to withstand underhood heat and vibration.
