Bikeman Performance Billet Head Kit / AXYS 800 '15-17

SKU# 04-316. Easy bolt-on power for the 800 AXYS. This head has more than twice the cooling capacity to keep the motor running cooler and maintain horsepower by staying below the 120 degree timing curve. This custom BMP head uses the larger updated 2018 Polaris thermostat for more flow. Two dome configurations: 800-37.5 is a 13:1 compression ratio that works well at 6000-9000 ft, bolting on 7-8 HP mid-range and 5-6 HP peak. 800-41 is the lower compression version for sea level to 6000 ft, gaining 4-5 HP. Stock 12.7-12.8:1 compression makes the detonation sensor kick on easily and prevents leaning out the motor for extra power; this version allows leaning out with a fuel controller for 5-6 safe horsepower. Some buyers chose it to run cooler and avoid detonation sensor limp mode. Its wider squish band and radius give great power and better reliability.
