Bikeman Performance Billet Head Kit / AXYS 800 (18+)

Bolt-on power upgrade for the 2018 AXYS 800. The head has twice the cooling capacity, keeping the motor cooler so it holds horsepower by staying below the 120-degree timing curve. Two dome configurations are offered. The 800-37.5 has a 12.5:1 compression ratio, suited to 6000-9000 ft, and gains 7-8 HP in the mid-range and 5-6 HP at peak. The 800-41 is the lower 11.8:1 compression version for sea level to 6000 ft and gains 4-5 HP. The stock 12.1-12.2:1 compression makes the detonation sensor trip easily and prevents leaning out the motor. With the 800-41, a fuel controller can be used to lean the machine and gain 5-6 safe HP. Some buyers choose it simply to run cooler and avoid detonation sensor limp mode. Its dome design has a wider squish band and radius for power and reliability.
