Bikeman Performance Billet Head Kit for Polaris Patriot 850, 9R, and Patriot Boost engines (2019+). The CNC-machined billet head has expanded coolant passages and flow across the combustion chambers to lower operating temperatures. Contoured dome profiles and a wider squish band aim to eliminate detonation hot spots that trigger the DET sensor and limp mode. Claimed gains: 4-5 HP low altitude; up to 8+ HP overall; high altitude 7-8 HP mid-range and 5-6 HP peak. Domes are replaceable for elevation, compression, or boost changes. Domes: 850 NA low altitude, 40.5cc, 11.8:1 (0-6,000 ft, 04-318-L); 850 NA high altitude, 36.5cc, 12.8:1 (6,000-9,000+ ft, 04-318-H); 9R pump gas, 42cc (0-12,000 ft, 04-318-9R); 9R race, 37cc, requires 110 octane race fuel (100% below 6,500 ft, 30% blend above); Boost turbo, 43cc, lower compression for higher boost.
