Bikeman Performance Custom Secondary Clutch Helix (SKU 05-TSS-4) for Polaris Patriot 850 short track, trail, and crossover snowmobiles with TSS-04 secondary clutches. Made to improve acceleration, reduce belt slip, and raise top-end speed. Its aggressive ramp angle profile loads the secondary clutch harder for better belt pinch, faster backshifting on corner exits, and fuller shift-out on wide-open pulls. Consistent belt pinch lowers clutch heat and belt glazing, extending belt life. Precision-machined from aircraft-grade CNC billet aluminum. Fitment note: requires small secondary clutch rollers; larger OEM rollers introduced on select models from 2021 are not compatible; those units need Small Secondary Clutch Rollers (SKU TP-460079K). Fits 2019+ Patriot 850 Indy, Indy XC, and SP (129, 137); Indy VR1 (129, 137); Switchback Assault 146; Indy XCR (128, 136); and Rush (AXYS chassis).
