It replaces the factory primary cover to direct high-velocity cooling air across the sheaves, lowering belt operating temperatures and reducing power-robbing belt slippage. Precision CNC-machined in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum, with integrated fan blades that act as a centrifugal blower. Features: 30°F to 50°F temperature drop; a stiffer clutch tower that reduces cover flex for smoother movement and consistent shift RPM; prolongs belt and sheave life by preventing heat soak; direct OEM drop-in for Polaris P85 primary clutches with no secondary modification.
