Bikeman Performance Durability Kit / 800 (13'+)

Durability kit for Polaris 800 CFI and CFI HO sleds. Stock pistons and rings wear early, often losing 20-30 lbs of compression by about 1,500 miles. The kit uses Wossner forged pistons in a proprietary design, 0.250 inch taller than stock to reduce piston rock and skirt/ring stress. Features: slightly moved ring location, lubrication holes on all four piston corners, Teflon-coated skirts, gas ports routing oil from the piston underside to high-load areas, wrist pin offset 0.020 inch toward exhaust, and a wider ring land to cool rings. A machined cylinder spacer restores cylinder volume and port timing for the taller piston and lifts intake skirts out of the reed window for more high-RPM airflow. Claimed gain: 6 hp with no EFI controller. Includes two pistons, rings, wristpins, circlips, longer cylinder bolts, spacer, longer dowel pins, and two base gaskets.
