Bikeman Performance Exhaust Full Velocity / AXYS 800 ('15+)

Bikeman Performance (BMP) muffler for all 2015-up Polaris AXYS 800 models. Fairly quiet from idle through about 1/3 throttle, with a deeper, slightly louder tone in the mid-range and a clean, non-obnoxious tone at higher RPM. A thermal barrier and internal packing keep the outside cool, reducing under-hood heat. Tested on a dyno and in the field for correct back pressure; no horsepower loss and improved throttle response, with 1-2 HP gained on 800 models. Weighs 11 lbs, 7 lbs less than stock. Available in high temp black or ceramic chrome; this listing is chrome. 2016-up electric start models may need battery box trimming along the marked cut lines, or BMP's lightweight aluminum battery box (listed separately). 600 AXYS owners may see the muffler sit slightly off-straight on the donut gasket; this is normal. BMP 1.8 inch and 2.5 inch exhaust spring 5-packs are listed separately.
