Bikeman Performance Interchangeable Internal Pipe Stingers for Polaris Patriot 850 & 9R

Bikeman Performance's interchangeable internal pipe stingers are made for high-elevation Polaris Patriot 850 models and Polaris 9R models that use a Bikeman Fatt Azz single expansion pipe. In thin air, low internal backpressure can cause power fade, bogging, and slow throttle response; a stinger insert restores expansion chamber pressure to keep the engine in its power band. For drag racing, a tighter stinger heats the expansion chamber faster, cutting rev-stand warmup time. Two calibrations: one for the Patriot 850 and one for the high-revving 9R. The inserts drop into the Bikeman pipe for quick swaps and are precision-machined from high-temperature steel to resist warping and necking. Choose 01-328-H for elevations above 6,000 ft or for racing on a Patriot 850, or 01-328-9R for a 9R. Fits only the Bikeman Fatt Azz pipe (SKU 01-328); will not fit a factory Polaris expansion pipe.
