Bikeman Performance lightweight secondary clutch helix, SKU 05-TSS-4C, for Polaris Patriot 850 short track, trail, and crossover sleds with TSS-04 clutches. Cuts nearly 18% (described as almost 20%) rotating mass versus standard aluminum helixes via CNC pocketing in non-structural areas, with claimed equal strength, rigidity, and fatigue resistance. Claimed benefits: faster throttle pickup, sharper launches and corner exits, power held in the peak band, less belt slip and heat. Requires small secondary clutch rollers; larger OEM rollers on select 2021+ models are incompatible, so those need Bikeman small rollers (SKU TP-460079K). Standard-weight version: SKU 05-TSS-4.
