Primary application: all Polaris Patriot 9R snowmobiles (Trail, Crossover, Mountain) with TSS-6 secondary clutches. Reduces overall mass by almost 20% (nearly 18%) versus standard aluminum helix via CNC pocketing in low-stress areas, with strength, rigidity, and durability equal to the standard helix. Benefits: faster throttle pickup and acceleration, optimized belt pinch for harder launches and corner exits, instant backshift off throttle, reduced belt slippage and heat, longer belt life. Fitment note: requires small secondary clutch rollers. Polaris larger OEM secondary rollers (select models from 2021) are NOT compatible; install Bikeman Small Secondary Clutch Rollers, SKU TP-460079K. Fits TSS-6 clutches on 2023+ Patriot 9R.
