Lightweight edition Bikeman Performance helix (SKU 05-TSS-08C) for Polaris Patriot Boost Short Track/Trail sleds with TSS-04 style secondary clutches. Standard version is SKU 05-TSS-08. CNC pocketing removes material from low-stress areas, cutting rotating mass by nearly 18% (described as almost 20%) versus a standard aluminum helix, with strength, rigidity, and fatigue resistance matching the standard helix. Claimed benefits: faster throttle pickup, quicker backshifting off-throttle, stronger side pressure for holeshots and corner exits, keeping the engine in its powerband, and reduced belt slippage and heat for longer belt life. Fitment: designed for small OEM clutch rollers on Polaris models through the 2020 model year. Polaris larger rollers introduced in 2021 are not compatible, so those owners must convert to small rollers.
