Methanol Injection Kit for Polaris Patriot Boost, SKU 14-300. A bolt-in kit for Polaris Patriot Boost trail sleds that adds 20+ horsepower on pump gas. Dyno-tested at 235 HP on pump fuel with a stock Polaris turbo on a Superflow 902 dyno. Lowers intake air temperatures by 50°F to 60°F and suppresses detonation. Methanol flow begins progressively once turbo boost passes 5 PSI. Includes a precision-molded footwell tank that bolts into the Trail Boost footwell, with a clear built-in sight glass. Averages roughly 20 full-throttle 500-foot drag passes per tank fill. On 2022–2024 models, you can switch dash tunes between trail modes and the aggressive Methanol map. Includes a handlebar ON/OFF arming switch. Requires Boost Juice (50/50 water-methanol mixture). Installation requires drilling one small hole in the intake tube for the injection nozzle.
