Bikeman Performance Polaris TSS-04 Secondary Clutch Spring Roller Bearing, SKU 05-RB-301. Designed to remove torsional binding in the spring. As a TEAM TSS-04 secondary clutch shifts out toward maximum overdrive, the internal spring twists as it compresses; without a low-friction bearing, the coils bind against the clutch cup, which can reduce horsepower, cause erratic RPM fluctuation, and slow backshifting. This high-precision thrust roller bearing sits directly under the secondary clutch spring so the spring can rotate freely through its full compression cycle. Key features: prevents spring coil binding during full shift-up; smoother shift-out and backshifting with consistent belt side-pressure; helps hold target shift RPM and avoid top-end power fade; reduces heat, torsional stress, and fatigue on the secondary spring and sliding sheaves.
