Bikeman Performance 120-310 Primary Drive Clutch Spring (SKU 05-120-310) for fine-tuning clutch engagement and holding peak operating RPM under heavy load. Its 120 lb initial load gives smooth, predictable engagement without belt slap or aggressive trenching off the line, and its 310 lb finish load holds firm side pressure at full shift-out so RPM does not fade on long full-throttle pulls, deep snow, or steep hills. Made from high-tensile spring steel to resist heat sag and rate degradation. Works with stock or aftermarket adjustable clutch weights. Primary function: controls drive clutch engagement RPM, upshift force, and top-end shift RPM.
