Primary Drive Clutch Spring (140-330) // SKU: 05-140-330. This Bikeman Performance 140-330 primary clutch spring helps fine-tune clutch engagement and keep peak operating RPM steady under heavy load. As a core part of drive clutch calibration, the primary spring affects engagement speed, upshift timing, and RPM retention across the powerband. It has a 140 lb initial load and a 330 lb finish load. The initial rate gives controlled, responsive engagement, and the 330 lb finish rate supplies strong side pressure to hold target RPM during long, full-throttle pulls or high-horsepower and boost loads. Made from high-tensile spring steel; resists heat sag and rate degradation.
