Bikeman Performance Stage 1 Kit / AXYS 800

Performance STG1 kit for the 2018-and-up 800 HO Axys chassis Rush, Switchback, and RMK models. Includes a ceramic-coated performance single pipe (the core of the package) plus a performance Y-pipe for extra horsepower. Engine programming is available as either a Torque Link custom tune or an ECU Hard Flash, which corrects many Polaris factory map issues; the programmer is removed from the sled after tuning. Choosing Torque Link requires adding a flasher box for $299. The Stage 2 clutch kit helps transfer the power gains to the track. Minimum fuel is 91 octane. The custom tune, developed on a Superflow 902s dyno, extends the timing curve for higher revs and a smoother powerband, corrects the warm-weather map (roughly 25-30 degrees and warmer) and the leaner cruising map, and increases oil injection ratios for longer engine life.
